Search Value is a fairly young organization and has just entered in its double digit age phase. We are growing aggressively as a business and we are always looking for top quality talent to help our clients transform and take their business to the next level.

Previously, Pankaj has worked in Asian Paints, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Aviva and MetLife. He was the Director Marketing with MetLife in his last assignment prior to starting Search Value.
Pankaj has done Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from UDCT in 1994 and a Masters in Management Studies from NMIMS Mumbai in 1999.
Svetleena aka Svety has two decades of professional experience and has been with Search Value almost since its inception and now, is the firm’s COO.
She comes from a strong M&E and marketing background and leads our foray into Media, Ecomm, Digital, Entertainment, Pharma & Consumer.
Previously, she has worked with adidas where she set up their Media and CRM verticals in India. Prior to that, her experience has been in advertising, in Media.
Svety is involved in talent spotting for strong business/marketing-sales integration roles and has a keen understanding of stakeholder expectations.
Very fond of writing, she is a published writer and her view is much sought after on topics of socio cultural significance.
A strong proponent of inclusion, she feels at Search Value, we embody the ultimate 'diverse' team.
Svety is an MBA from MICA, Ahmedabad.
Poonam has 30+ years of professional experience and has been with Search Value since 2012. She is responsible for providing career consulting and advisory services to senior professionals and client companies. She also runs our Board Practice.
She has spent 20+ years in HR leadership positions, in India and Japan, where she has partnered with businesses in media, consulting, software services, manufacturing, sales & marketing organizations and the education sector.
Her international experience includes working in Tokyo (4+ years), where she set up a California-based IT solutions provider, R Systems Inc, as its HR Head. Later, she worked with Veritas International Inc, a Tokyo-based Executive Search company.
Presently Poonam is also very actively involved in the governance of Woodstock School, Mussoorie, as a member of its Board of Directors.
She did her MBA from Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur.
Aakriti has 19+ years of experience and has been with Search Value since early 2015. She leads the Hogan coaching practice for Search Value along with HR consulting work for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
In her last assignment, she has worked with GE Capital as C&B Head. Prior to GE, she worked with Aon Hewitt & GECIS. Her rich experience in Human Resources across Financial Services & ITES industries gives her a strong understanding of the various business cycles that companies go through covering start up, growth, maintenance and rationalisation of human capital.
Aakriti is a certified Life Coach & NLP practitioner and volunteers as a Counselor with Sanjivini Society for Mental health, a premier NGO based in Delhi.
Additionally, Aakriti serves on the sexual harassment committee of a Microfinance company in Delhi.
She has Masters degree in Personnel Management from Pune University.
Shyamala brings close to 20+ years in the Executive Search and Selection consulting. She leads Technology and Communication Practice at Search Value. She is certified in Competency-based Interviewing from SHL. She has been with Search Value since 2018.
Previously, she has worked with IndiHire HR a Boutique firm and helped the firm acquire critical logos, manage key client relationships and grow their business in Bangalore. She started her career with ABC Consultants and gained in depth experience working across multiple locations like Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi. She has also been an entrepreneur in Recruitment Consultancy for over 3 years.
She brings deep expertise in Information Technology & communications, Telecom, Internet Industry apart from managing client engagements in Consumer, New Media and Services. Her business philosophy has always been providing curated service and building long-term relationships based on integrity and trust.
Shyamala has completed her Graduation in Accountancy, Diploma in Personnel Management from Prin L N Welingkar Institute and HRM Certification from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Nupur comes with 17+ years of experience of which the last 8 years have been with Search Value. She brings more than a decade of experience exclusively in Executive Search and of working with leading Multinationals and Indian Business Houses.
She has previously worked with Gilbert Tweed Associates as Manager-Client Relations for 6 years.
Nupur’s experience makes her adept at understanding organizational culture, processes, client specific needs and motivations. Nupur believes that a successful Search is one that along with functional expertise also assesses for attitudes that fit the corporate objectives and ethos. Helping corporates find the ‘Right’ person keeps her enthused and gives her an opportunity to contribute significantly to society.
She has done her MBA from Goa Institute of Management, Goa.
Shailja comes with 17+ years of experience in the realm of Human Resources of which the last 7 years have been with Search Value.
Previously she has worked with Future Group, Reliance Broadcast and Networking Ltd, Bunge, Essar, General Mills and Pernod Ricard. She has grown to Head senior management roles in these organisations and thus brings with her valuable experience in the FMCG, Healthcare, Media and Retail space. Her areas of expertise are all these sectors where she has built a deep understanding of business and HR issues.
She has a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute Of Social Sciences ( TISS).
Surbhi comes with 13+ years of experience and has been with Search Value since January 2016.
She commenced her career with GE Consumer Finance (Now GE Money) and was with GE for more than 5 years. In her last stint with GE Money she was handling Insurance Sales. Surbhi then moved to executive search where she worked with Mafoi Global (now Randstad) and Worksource Professional for the last 5 years, working on leadership hiring, research (primary and secondary), data analysis and knowledge management across financial services, ITeS, ecommerce, manufacturing and oil & gas sectors.
Surbhi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations Management from YWCA, Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis.
Mukta has 20+ years of work experience and has been with Search Value since early 2014.
A seasoned media sales professional she has used per past experience in understanding requirements and fits for Corporates across Media, FMCG, Healthcare and Insurance verticals.
Previously she was with Conde Nast India where she was heading the Digital Ad Sales division. She has also worked for Microsoft, MTV, Sony and Times of India. She has held mid to senior level positions in companies like established media companies and has a deep understanding of the Print, TV and Online verticals.
Mukta holds a PGDMM from the Times School of Marketing, Delhi.
Bindu comes with 18+ years of experience in the HR & Talent Acquisition domains. She has joined Search Value in 2019.
Her varied professional experience include working at Aditya Birla Group, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, CMS Info System, JP Morgan Chase & Co., WNS Global Service. Her last stint before joining Search Value was at AU Small Finance Bank as VP – HR.
Bindu has contributed to the growth of the companies by attracting top talent and helping build strong employer brands. She has been a key contributor to several cross functional teams for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and support in HR Operations & processes.
Bindu has done her post graduation from S.N.D.T Women's University.
Deepali comes with 15+ years of experience in the HR & Corporate Communication domains. She has been with Search Value since inception in multiple avatars.
Starting in operations and client-candidate interface, she went on to add research to her skill set. She is currently responsible for searches in the sales, marketing and Talent acquisition searches
Previously, she has worked with GE Money where she was a part of the core HR team and handled corporate communications and was actively involved in employee engagement. She was awarded with an” Extra Miller award” for her outstanding work and performance at GE Money. She has also worked at GENPACT in the collections team in the initial few years of her corporate career.
Deepali has done her post graduation in Human Resource management from Symbiosis.
Rashmi comes with 9+ years of work experience and has been with Search Value since 2016.
She has worked with organisations such as Enron, The Singapore High Commission and Ernst & Young. Rashmi specialises in Finance, Sales and Marketing recruitments and has worked with some of the leading companies in the Retail, FMCG, FMCD and Building Materials space.
Rashmi is a fitness enthusiast and has a keen interest in reading, music and theatre.
She is an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
Sandhya has 10+ years of widespread experience in Middle and Senior talent hiring in IT, Telecom, Internet and Finance verticals. In her previous stint she worked with Wow Jobs, a technology focused recruitment firm as Client Manager, fulfilling strategic recruitment needs of clients.
She joined Search Value in 2018 and works on engagements involving leadership hiring, research, data analysis and drives candidate knowledge management across Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence for various businesses like e-commerce, digital and global technology R&D labs.
Sandhya holds a Master’s degree in Computers from Nagarjuna University.
Abhijeet comes from a research background and has joined Search Value in 2019.
Abhijeet has a Ph.D. from University of Edinburgh, UK. He has stayed and worked for over 7 years in United Kingdom in academic and start-up pharmaceutical company. Latter he joined IIT Delhi as Young Scientist on Government of India fellowship for 3 years.

Neha has 14+ years of experience and has been with Search Value since April 2018. At Search Value, she takes care of Operations, Finance and Administration.
Her prior work experience includes working with American Express as a Team Leader for Quality and Credit Control for Amex Travel Domain. She has also worked as a Team Leader Accounts Payable for Serco and OSC. Her experience in Travel and Finance gives her understanding of identifying potential areas for operational improvement.
She has done her graduation in Commerce from Delhi University and Diploma in International Travelling and Ticketing from SITA.
Ashish’s professional experience of 23 years traverses multiple sectors and large Indian and MNC groups. His functional roles as a generalist has seen him responsible for leading business oriented activities including International Sales & Marketing, Retail Operations, Investor Relations and Executive Search. He has been associated with Indian corporate ‘s such as Piramal Group, Airtel, Future Group and a large Japanese HR Services platform, RGF India.
Ashish brings a unique blend of business understanding, financial acumen and the human capital angle needed in an enterprise. Over the years, he has closely engaged with promoters, CEOs and CXO's enabling drafting and executing key strategic initiatives.
While being an avid fitness enthusiast and cricketer, having played at competitive levels, Ashish is associated as an advisor to a firm engaged to develop cricket and multi-sports infrastructure in East Africa.
He is a Post Graduate in Marketing from SCMHRD, Pune.
Pooja comes with 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, primarily in the IT Industry. She has experience in hiring for IT product, consulting and services companies. In her last role, she served as a Client Manager for a leading IT product and services client.
In her current position, she works closely with her mentors on Senior and Leadership level recruitment.
Pooja is a qualified engineer and holds an MBA in HR.
Aysha has 5 years of experience across Hospitality & Health & Lifecare. She has worked with reputed clients such as US - Marriott, Bahrain - KIMS Healthcare, Apollo, Fortis, Medanta, Max across Mid level hiring.
Her passion is Research (primary and secondary) and she displays a growing interest in employee engagement.
In her current position, she works closely with her mentors on Senior and Leadership level recruitment.
Aysha holds a Post-Graduation Diploma from Jaipur National University.
